We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Toolmaker to join our team! In this role, you’ll play an important part in keeping our manufacturing operations running smoothly by designing, building, repairing, and maintaining critical tooling and equipment.

What You’ll Do
- Build, repair, and maintain tools, dies, jigs, gauges, fixtures, extrusion dies, and calibrators
- Set up and operate Wire EDM (WEDM), CNC mills, and manual machining equipment
- Program CNC equipment using CAD/CAM software
- Read blueprints and specifications and produce tooling that meets tight tolerances
- Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and depth micrometers
- Ensure tooling is completed accurately and on time
- Keep the toolroom clean, organized, and safe
- Support and follow our Quality Management System (QMS)
- Participate in safety training and ongoing skill development
- Help guide and support newer or developing shop team members
- Contribute to a positive toolroom culture and continuous improvement efforts
- Take on other tasks as needed to support the team
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Technical College education in Machine/Tool Processes or equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read blueprints and work with precision measuring tools
- Experience with machining equipment
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Toolmaker or Machinist
- Experience with CAD/CAM programming
- Basic computer skills
- Solid math and organizational skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to regularly lift up to 30 lbs and occasionally lift up to 60 lbs with assistance
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, twist, and carry tools or materials during 8–12 hour shifts
- Willingness to support a 24-hour / 5-day-per-week manufacturing operation
