Meat Packs from Ptacek's IGA of Prescott, WI Each pack has an average dollar value of $20. Persons can purchase $1.00 ticket per pack with no limit of number of tickets a person can buy. All money raised goes to the BCA - Bureau of Criminal Apprehension of Minnesota.
